1. Agreement Between User and HolaRank

- Google Maps Platform: Usage of mapping components and place search is bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
- DataForSEO & Search Engines: Search engine result data is retrieved via DataForSEO. HolaRank has no control over Google's or search engines' ranking algorithms.
- OpenAI & AI Models: AI recommendations, action plans, and prompt tracking utilize third-party AI model providers. Outputs are generated for informational purposes.
3. User Account, Password & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at [ X Support Email ].
4. IP Monitoring & Multi-Account Abuse Policy
To protect network security and system stability, we actively monitor IP addresses, request signatures, and account registration patterns.
5. Non-Compete, Misuse & Intellectual Property Protection (Strict)
Access to HolaRank is strictly provided for legitimate business marketing purposes.
1. Competitor Restriction: Direct competitors, software vendors building local SEO rank trackers, or representatives of competing platforms are strictly forbidden from accessing HolaRank. Creating an account to reverse engineer, benchmark, or copy UI/UX components is a violation of these terms.
2. Prohibited Uses: Reverse engineering, decompiling, automated scraping of heatmaps, or using HolaRank data to train competing AI models is strictly prohibited.
3. Legal Remedies: Violation of this section subjects the offending party to immediate termination, legal action, and liquidated damages of up to [ X Liquidated Damages Amount ] per occurrence plus legal fees.
6. Subscriptions, Credits & Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly in your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. You will maintain access to your plan features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Credit Packages & One-Time Purchases
Audit credits, grid scan credit packages, and one-time top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain valid in your account as long as your workspace remains active.
Trial Accounts & Inactivity
Free trial accounts are allocated 100 initial credits. Trial accounts remaining inactive for more than 90 consecutive days may have unused trial credits reset or expired.
7. AI & Google Search Data Disclaimers
HolaRank displays local ranking data captured at specific moments in time from Google Maps and AI search models. Search rankings fluctuate dynamically based on user location, device, search history, and algorithmic updates.
- HolaRank does not guarantee specific ranking improvements or Google Maps placement.
- AI model outputs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) are probabilistic and generated for informational guidance only.
8. Citations Builder & AI Tracker Terms
Citation submissions and directory listings are submitted to third-party data aggregators. Submission processing times vary by directory (typically 2–8 weeks). Citation purchases are final once data processing begins.
9. HolaRank Affiliate Program Policy
Affiliates earn commissions on qualified new customer referrals according to our affiliate schedule. Self-referrals, bidding on brand search terms ("HolaRank coupons", "HolaRank discount"), or deceptive spam marketing are strictly banned and result in immediate commission forfeiture.
10. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HolaRank and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user to HolaRank in the preceding 12 months.
